Located in the Sierra de Tramuntana in Banyalbufar, this house offers total privacy and is surrounded by nature. Completely renovated in 2021, it has a bright living room-kitchen on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom, as well as a terrace ideal for meals and enjoying the sun and the sea.
Downstairs, two double bedrooms (one spacious with en-suite bathroom), a quiet office with sea views and a cliff-edge terrace with outdoor shower. Outside there is a wooded area, hot tub with hot water and stone terraces for enjoying drinks in a shaded area.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS for Car Rental
To reach the house, you’ll need to leave the main Ma-10 road and drive along a narrow path for about 800 meters. The last 300 meters are particularly challenging, with steep inclines and tight curves.
There is also a small public parking area nearby, although availability is not guaranteed.
For this reason, it is essential to come with a suitable vehicle and a confident, experienced driver (this is especially important).

Guide for Choosing the Right Car
• The smaller, the better (e.g., Fiat 500, Mini Cooper).
Ideally, the car should be no wider than 185 cm and no longer than 455 cm (maximum: a BMW X1 xDrive or similar).
• Preferably, choose a car with four-wheel drive or a hybrid with Electric Vehicle (EV) mode. This will make it easier to navigate steep and narrow roads.
• If such options are not available, go for a powerful automatic model, such as the Cupra Formentor or Audi A3.
• Avoid low-performance vehicles, such as certain models from Skoda or similar brands.

-Our environment is immersed in nature and wildlife. Just 4 minutes walk away, you will find the Port of Sa Pedra de S’ase, accessible by a quiet path. There, you will enjoy crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling and admiring the extensive posidonia meadows, along with the most diverse marine life. The sunsets and clear star gazing are perfect for a holiday of relaxation and connection with nature.
-We provide organic, vegan, biodegradable and hypoallergenic shampoo, gel and hand soap.
-A full set of bath and beach towels are provided for guests.
-We have heat pumps and air conditioning to ensure an optimal temperature.
-Although the house has no services at street level, it is 2 kilometres from the charming village of Banyalbufar (35 minutes on foot), where you will find restaurants and services such as a small supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. In our guide we provide recommendations for walks, restaurants and activities.
-The house is 35 kilometres from the airport and 25 kilometres from the city of Palma. We recommend that you do your grocery shopping before you arrive, especially in the supermarkets in the village of Esporles (20 minutes from Banyalbufar). There is also a small shop in Banyalbufar to stock up on supplies.
